Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your class: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by emailing us at lacostacafeandlounge@gmail.com. If we have to cancel or reschedule a class: We know your schedules are busy, so we will do everything we can to keep classes in session. However, classes may need to be cancelled due to instructor illness or personal emergency, equipment malfunction, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances in which we may not be able to provide you with an optimal class experience. In the event that a class must be cancelled, you will be notified as early as possible and you will be given the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a later date.
